The IT Site support Technician II will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end users and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems at your location.
・Diagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user IT issues.
・Troubleshoot end-user PC, network, and application issues.
・Analyze, research, and troubleshoot server or network issues
・ Train end-users on new technology or procedures
・Provide diagnostic support for site-specific Operational Technology (OT) equipment, with guidance from OT specialists
